To what countries do we ship?
All of our products are shipped worldwide!

How do you send the products?
The posters and paintings are rolled up in a protective intermediate layer and sent in a strong tube, placed in a box. The mail will be delivered to the given delivery address.

Do I get a tracking number when my order is shipped?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via an e-mail when your order is shipped. You will be informed on what the estimated delivery date is.

What is the delivery time?
The shipping time is usually between 3-8 working days.

Can I order a poster in a different size?
It is not possible to order a poster in a smaller or larger size. The sizes of our posters and paintings are: 30 x 40 cm / 50 x 70 cm / 50 x 65 cm.

What if a product is damaged?
Send an email with a photo of the damaged product(s) and a description. Please contact us via the contact form on our contact page.

What is the return policy?
You can return the (damaged) product(s) within 14 days after purchase in the original packaging. You are responsible for the return costs.
